It’s been a little over two months since President Donald Trump’s direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical site, TrumpRx, launched, and since then, many drug companies have agreed to sell their products for a discounted rate on the highly discussed platform. Some of the more popular ones include GLP-1 medications, inhalers and vaginal creams. But, that’s not all the site has to offer. Below, we share the entire list of drugs available on TrumpRx and provide details on how you can get them, with or without insurance.
What is TrumpRx?
TrumpRx was announced by President Trump in September 2025. At the time, he said the site was going to sell prescriptions at a discounted rate thanks to Most Favored Nation (MFN) pricing, which allows buyers to get whatever they need at the lowest rate possible. This means that if Americans purchase their medication on TrumpRx they could get it for a much lower price.
“The United States is done subsidizing the healthcare of the rest of the world,” the President said in a news conference at the time. “By taking this bold step, we’re ending the era of global price gouging at the expense of American families.” The site promises discounts of up to 93 percent off pharmacy prices.

Following that announcement, many prescription drug companies met with the President and agreed to sell their products on the site. This includes Pfizer, Amgen, Sanofi, Roche’s Genentech unit, Bristol Myers Squibb, Boehringer Ingelheim, GSK, Gilead, Novartis, Merck, Novo Nordisk—maker of the GLP-1 medication Wegovy—and Eli Lilly—maker of the GLP-1 Zepbound.
“As an American company, Merck is proud to work with the Trump administration to further secure our country’s position as a world leader in biopharmaceutical innovation. Today’s agreement marks a pivotal step in ensuring Americans can access medicines they need at lower costs,” Robert M. Davis, chairman and chief executive officer, Merck, said in a statement. “For too long, global pricing imbalances have shifted the financial burden of groundbreaking research and development onto the U.S. health care system and ultimately, American patients. Merck remains committed to expanding access and improving affordability across the system.”
